Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) held a groundbreaking ceremony at Twin Lakes last December 1, 2021, to officially begin the construction of its third condominium development, The Belvedere. 

This European contemporary-inspired condominium will comprise three mid-rise towers with units ranging from studio to two bedrooms. High-class amenities are also included inside the development, promising the experience of stylish countryside living along with the lush greeneries and spectacular view of Taal Lake surrounding the community.

“Despite the challenges we faced due to the pandemic, our commitment to deliver to our clients is still our number one priority,” said Glennford Heraldo, FVP of Twin Lakes Sales and Marketing. “This is a milestone for us and to our clients, a sign of a fruitful beginning as we enter a new year in just a few weeks,” he added.

Other dignitaries were also present in this event: Engr. Mechi Caliwag, Head of PMD; Vic Ramos Jr., President of VMRCC; Engr. Felipe Mangubat Jr., Vice President of Operations Division; Engr. Roland Lambenicio, Project Manager of Belvedere.

The project is expected to be completed by 2024.
